  • Have felt depressed, anxious, or angry for a long time. These feelings are interfering with relationships and/or day-to-day functioning.

  • Have problems getting along with family members.

  • Have experienced a stressful or traumatic life event, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, job loss, abuse, or diagnosis of a serious physical illness.

  • Feel distressed, overwhelmed, or stuck and aren’t sure what to do.

  • Have short-term problems they need help navigating.

  • Are looking for relationship advice, struggling with depression, or feeling confused about a significant decision in their career.

Most people come to see me after they have tried many other options. They have talked with friends, family or co-workers, but the problems remain. They may have tried to change things on their own, but positive change has not happened. They are often successful in many areas of their lives, but something just isn’t working anymore. I welcome the opportunity to help you work through tough problems and learn new coping skills in a safe, respectful environment.
